Immensely empathetic, and extraordinarily loyal, these animals have been known to hold these formations as a circle of safety and defense around the most vulnerable members of their  herd and strangers alike.

The Circle Remains Consulting (TCR) is a dynamic, woman-owned organization dedicated to providing impactful resources and advocacy to historically underserved populations.

Our mission is to empower minority groups, justice-involved individuals, those facing homelessness, and individuals battling drug addiction by delivering comprehensive support and promoting self- sufficiency. We strive to create meaningful change in our communities through tailored services and partnerships that address the unique challenges faced by these groups. 


We are driven by the values of compassion, kindness, respect, and integrity, inspired by the legacy of wild elephants, symbolizing our commitment to resilience and community strength. Our hope as a human services organization is to continue to add to our service offering and expand our reach within these communities.


Established with a commitment to community betterment, The Circle Remains Consulting has emerged as a leading force in facilitating recovery and workforce development for vulnerable populations. Our organization is characterized by a results-oriented, strengths-based approach, leveraging personalized support systems to ensure successful outcomes. Our HERD operates across several counties in New Jersey, including Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Atlantic, and Cape May, focusing on individuals impacted by the justice system, opioid epidemic, as well as housing and food insecurities. Our qualified professionals offer interventions that address  socio-economic barriers, and other systemic discrimination that these underserved populations frequently experience.


In addition TCR offers a wide array of individualized business and Individual consulting services to small and midsized business, and non profits.

A Message from the Founder


"I have always had an affinity for elephants, there's always been something that has drawn me to them. In a world far too frequently lacking empathy, understanding, faith, and community, I think we could all take a page out of the book of these gentle (but FIERCE) giants. The establishment of this company has been a thoughtful, and purposeful endeavor. Forged through fire, and built on a foundation of truth and mutual respect, I am determined to return the human aspect to humanity, restore faith in accountability, and provide inclusivity and advocacy for voices struggling to be heard. I believe we have to be the change we wish to see take place. THIS is an actionable moment, THIS is the line in the sand; THIS is my chance to provide someone else a protective circle that so many times has closed in tight around me when I needed it most. Motivated by a desire to embolden humility and vulnerability, this company encourages plain and simply being HUMAN! It may serve as a stepping stone for some, or a safe space for others, but above all else my hope is that The Circle Remains will be an exemplary representation of honesty, respect, and advocacy for anyone who needs it.


So, whether you are a job seeker, a community partner, or an individual looking for support- Shame and judgement have no place here, no matter the adversity, threat, challenge or dilemma.. you can rest here, take a breath...The Circle Remains."
